Guest guest
> Hi and welcome to the group! Wow, what a struggle you went through! Im sorry you had to go through it but happy it brought you to us. I have had 6 surgeries on my right knee and also have osteoarthritis in both knees. They have taken most of the cartilage out so I am pretty much bone on bone. To fix it would take a joint replacement and they wont do one until Im at least 55 (Im 45). I had a long journey to find my pain doc and now he has me on a regiment that doesnt take the pain away entirely, but now I can function. I also have bi polar disease which I am currently on disability for. I find it so horredous that we have to go through what we do just to get the pain meds to help us function. I have been called an addict and been humiliated by doctor after doctor until finding my sweet pain doc. Here in Colorado they arent as strict as in most states I guess, because my doc has never said that it had been a struggle for him. I cant believe they are doing that to your doctor no wonder you are nervous! That is not a way to live. Well, I will end this novel, lol.
