Guest guest
I have had a B-12 deficiency since having the small intestinal bypass in 1972 (which only worked for a couple of years). For many years, no one thought to even test me for the lack of B-12 and when they finally got around to it...they labeled it Pernicious Anemia and started me on B-12 shots though for a few years with Kaiser Permanente (an HMO) they did not feel the shots were necessary. I now give myself the shot in my stomach once a month. I am really able to tell when I have forgotten to take the shot. in CT... I am glad you have enjoyed the Dreamsicle in a Jar. I have many more...including several soups. I would be glad to send them along if you would like them.
