Guest guest
Jan, I believe this is what happened to me, it was the end of the year, I'm in CT; it was very cold outside, I have cats (some mice floating around too), I believe one dropped off of them onto the carpet/floor and stayed there until it needed to feed. I have rugs, and cracks in the hardwood floors. I'm thinking ticks are becoming more adaptagenic sp? and can survive anywhere now. Or in my case, the orig. lyme 12 years prior came out of remission and slammed me full force in one day, but there were no symptoms prior, it came out of no where, feeling good one day and the next kicked me to my knees full force w/all sorts of neurological issues, vertigo, couldn't walk, periph. neuro., tinnitus, anxiety, insomnia, list goes on. The only thing I could think of was a tick bit me in winter. From: jan s To: " Lyme_and_Rife " <Lyme_and_Rife > Date: 03/31/2011 08:13 PM Subject: OT: So spring has sprung.... and so have ticks... I forgot, ticks need moisture! Dry homes in the winter don't provide it... >>>Whatever the nymphs feed on, they will fill up with blood, fall off the host, >>>and emerge in the fall of that same year as an adult. People often ask, " If the >>>tick falls off my dog in my house, is my family at risk? " The answer is, >>>probably not. Remember, that stage has already fed and will not feed again. >>>Also, deer ticks are very sensitive to desiccation -- they would probably die >>>within 24 hours if they don't have any moist vegetation to hide in.<<<< Some bel " Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely.
