Subject: the chemistry of glue, goats milk is dairy and more Yes goats milk is dairy, but it is missing the chemical Casein which makes glue, which makes glue in our system some information and there's other products like gluten this makes glue in our system. Hear some basic information on >>>>glue. Hi Jeff, You're absolutely right, goat's milk is definitely dairy! And casein is a protein found in milk-- http://www.encyclopedia.com/html/c1/casein.asp - Casein- well defined group of proteins found in milk, constituting about 80% of the proteins in cow's milk, but only 40% in human milk. www.askdrsears.com/html/3/t032400.asp Goat's milk contains only trace amounts of an allergenic casein protein, alpha-S1, found in cow's milk. Goat's milk casein is more similar to human milk, yet cow's milk and goat's milk contain similar levels of the other allergenic protein, beta lactoglobulin.
