Can't always go by what the suggested dosage is I guess. We'll just have to do what we always have to do, be an experiment of one! I've done several series of colonics. I felt a little better but nothing big, except I was actually constipated for a few days afterward. I guess I was pretty cleaned out and my peristalsis (movement) isn't too good.
