Guest guest
many illnesses do worse in winter, and winter stresses your immune system cuz typically you are exposed to more air born illness in more closed air flow, and your body is busy working to fight off illnesses you might not even know you were exposed to. Also the weather just can be hard on arthritis etc, and cold and dry air - they make us more susceptible to tings, and then there is SAD- seasonal affective disorder, depression brought on by reduced sunlight. Our ancestors had good reasons for bodies to react diffeent in winter, but now in our world now, it is not necessary for our bodies to behave as they did centuries ago in winter. SA also can affect other illnesses you have and energy levels and such. - In , RubyAcreRabbitry@w... wrote: > > Thnks so much everyone for your support.
