Each time I got the same answer. " The congressman has not yet made a decion " Lo and behold he finally made decision Sunday morning when no one could get ahold of him and discuss why he was going to vote this way.  The reason that I tried to talk to him was the tax on implants that is in this bill. Each time I called I asked about this tax and got the same responce. " We do not know what is in the bill "  Of corse it is in the bill. What right do these people have taxing my spinal cord stimulators! I know I have them in just for fun. When I called the office this morning I was told that the tax would be " on the companies, not the patients " Who do they think that places like Medtronics is going to pass the taxes on to?   All I ask of all of you is to read a article that was in The Health and Family section In the Pioneer Press Newspaper May 13, 2004. The name of the artile is " The Scope of Pain, Will education prevent CRPS suffering? " The truth about certian politicians is there in black and white. I am not going to name names. Read the article and you will see who is behind people with RSD/CRPS and WHO is not.                                         Jim Kubisak
