First of all, I'm at work and my internet connection at home went

down on Tuesday and won't be back up till Monday. Grrrrr.

I have suffered so much more fatigue lately than in the past. It

used to be a periodic day of rest here or there, but lately it's been

two days at a time, more seemingly once or twice a week. I work part-

time three mornings each week, and am missing quite a few days, but

they are paid sick days. It's just so frustrating for the boss and

myself. We need the income. I don't get any benefits at my job. I

also do massage therapy part-time, but have been cutting back

considerably, again due to the fatigue.

My first question is about filing for disability if my Dr., whom I

see next week, okays it. I don't know what to expect as far as pay

goes, or the pros and cons of doing this. I know that I have to quit

work first before I file, and then if accepted it would be from 3 to

6 months retroactive on pay. And if I'm rejected? Geez, we could go

bankrupt in those few months. What a gamble. Grrrrr.

About live donors. How far along with PSC do you need to be? and

what blood type does the donor need to be. For example, I'm O neg.

Does my donor need to be O or O neg? It seems a live donor would be

the much better route to go since you may not have to wait so long

and have possible complications such as cancer set in.

And if you don't have a live donor, how long do you have to wait to

be listed.

My Dr. may have the answers to some of these questions, but I'm

chomping at the bit, even tho I may have to wait until Monday to get

any answers.

I'm so thankful for this group. I am learning so much.

God bless!

Cheryl
