Carola,

All I have to say is Please, Please think about it a lot and research it a lot

before you have the surgery. I am 21 and have hav vulvodynia for over 3 years.

I had the surgery a year and a half ago. It messed me up very bad. I ended up

with several scars inside me (holes that burn and throb all day) and part of my

uretha was cut and sewn to the vaginal wall. I don't know why she was even

cutting around my uretha...but I can't stand the woman so I am not going back to

her to find out. Now I am considering a corrective surgery. I am scared to

death to have another surgery there. I bled for about a month and a half after

my surgery. Anyway, I am not telling you not to do it, because some women it

does help. I shouldn't have had it anyway because I have constant pain and POC,

not just pain w/sex. Anyway..If you have anymore questions feel free to email

me.

Take care,

Suzanne
