Guest guest Posted May 25, 2005 Report Share Posted May 25, 2005 I did Basic Bootcamp with the bands today and FB Cardio yesterday. There were a few spots in the bootcamp workout I'd been having trouble with. I got past some of those today, though there are still a couple I still need to work on. One thing I really tried to do is raise my arms all the way up when doing the military press.
