Guest guest
I was in a similar situation except I was a teacher instead of a salesperson. I know exactly what you mean when you say that you can't keep up, and that in itself is a major source of stress which in turn exacerbates your pain. The first thing i did was to apply for disability on my own. I , like most everyone else, was denied. I then south the services of a good ssdi attorney. Basically, I put myself in his hands. When I reapplied, I received a fully favorable decision. If you live anywhere near Philadelphia, I can refer you to him. Wherever you live, ask your pain doctor whom he/she would recommend. These attorneys know how to help you, and they won't take your case if they don't think you have a good chance of receiving a favorable decision because they only get paid if you win your case. If they don't think you have a good chance of winning, they can't afford to spend/waste their time on you. The judges know this, and I believe they take your case more seriously simply because they see that an attorney thinks your case is winnable. mark
