But the problem really is, the amount of water you are drinking. Increase your water intake, use quality product psyllium hulls or powder, you probably also need magnesium. There is a reason for psyllium it binds with the toxins in your body, and then it goes out in your bowel movement. It holds the toxins so it does not leak back into your blood.
