There is a case of identical twins where one has Downs Syndrome and the

other does not. They feel that the change happened somehow in the woomb

environment. There is a book about these twins that I read. So if

something goes wrong shortly after the egg is fertilized, there can be

differences in the genetic makeup of twins.
