Sometimes we have to, because we just don't have the time to re-work entire posts. Please do not send in posts that are typed in all capitals. All capital letters is consider as " shouting, " plus the posts are very difficult to read. Remember to use paragraphs. Big blocks of text are also very difficult to read.
