The FDA will take a “significant†look at how it assesses risk and benefit as part of the reauthorization package negotiated for the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA).

Had the FDA truly done their job when PEG was prescription only, it never would have 'hit' the market as an OTC to do all the damage it has done...doesn't it seem like someone knew about this?????????
