Vegetable Ribbons

All vegetable are sliced with " potato peeler " into ribbons

Zucchini, Carrots, Yellow Squash, or your choice sliced into " ribbons "

Saute in 3 tbs of butter until crisp, this does not take long. Add a

heaping tbs of either basil pesto or horseradish or your favorite salad

dressing. Or as is. Toss and serve. Do not overcook.
