Guest guest Posted March 30, 2000 Report Share Posted March 30, 2000 Vegetable Ribbons All vegetable are sliced with " potato peeler " into ribbons Zucchini, Carrots, Yellow Squash, or your choice sliced into " ribbons " Saute in 3 tbs of butter until crisp, this does not take long.
