Maybe I am fooling myself but if I speak it enough, I figure maybe one day it will truly HIT me and I will become stronger to fight the overeating. and I do believe overeating is the opposite of anorexia, etc.,.... Nobody WANTS to be fat so why do we continually fed and over fed when we know it is the wrong thing to do?? A body size issue, maybe???
