Forgive me if I have missed any of your emails. What test showed your tsc?

I have never heard of a doctor refusing surgery. Mine refused a second

surgery. and how does he know it will retether? I would definitely get

another opinion. My neuro also sends me for physical therapy once in a

while to build up my strength. You also need to go to pain management.

Don't give up. Hang in there.

You can have Sensation, but no Reflex. Or Visa Versa.

What type of Tether do you have?

Just because you will mostlikely Tether again, that doesn't mean you will

have problems with it right away, or even ever.

In my Opinion, I think you might want to consider getting a second Opinon.

I think they are just starting to do this more now. To a point, I am happy

to hear that they are being more cautious with this issue. Yet, I hope it

doesn't come to a point where they stop doing Surgery on people who really

do need it.

It is pretty darn likely that you will Retether to some extent after

Surgery.........that's just the nature of the Surgery and healing from it.

But that doesn't mean you are going to have problems with it again.
