I recently purchased a pair of CROCS shoes at a holiday boutique and I'm really liking them. They seem to have all the attributes I'd look for in a really comfortable everyday shoe - slip on, really cushy, and wide. They're made out of some really lightweight foamy material (so they'd be great poolside) that is non-slippery. I got a dark green pair that I wear with socks. And there is a strap that can go around the back of your heel, or be pushed up to wear them clog-style.
