Guest guest
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has any secrets on dealing with the fatique. For about the last week I have been so tired, all I want to do is lay around, I have also been hurting a lot more. So don't know if they go together or not, but I could use some help dealing with the fatique as I cannot just lay around. Thanks for any input. Thanks Angie
Guest guest
Angie Do check with your dr to make sure there isn't something else wrong like low iron or something like that. If that is all fine then it is probably the flare up. I use to fight it and just drag my sorry ass trying to do things but found that if I wake up in the morning tired, I take my meds and go back to bed and sleep. I know many have jobs outside the home or kids to take care of so you would have try to work around that, but definately get some sleep. If I don't fight the tiredness I only need to sleep most of the morning. If I have tried to fight it for a couple of days, I sleep all day. I know it sounds like a waste of a good day and you don't get a thing done, but think about it.....how much can you get done if you are dragging through the day. If your body is telling you to sleep, do it. You will surprised how much better you do feel once your body has gotten the rest you need. Those dang flare ups cause so many other problems, don't they? :-( Hugs in Ct. -----Original Message----- From: along302003 [mailto:along3@...] Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has any secrets on dealing with the fatique. Good luck. n www.marianhaileymoss.comwww.nyveggies.com fatique Hi, I've been on iodoral for three months now and I'm so fatiqued I can't function properly. My saturation level was "12 " when I had my test about 3 months ago. Dr. Fletcha said to have some tests done but my Drs. secratary hasn't scheduled them yet. The fatigue is so bad. Do you think I could be going thru a bromide detox?Any information and help you all could give me will be much appreciated.Joan Be a better sports nut! Let your teams follow you with Mobile. Guest guest
May very well be the adrenals that are getting fatigued from too much iodine because it supports thyroid function. And increased thyroid function puts stress on the adrenals. If I were you, I would cut back on the iodine and support the adrenals and get them functioning up to par before heading into the iodine again. You can always test the adrenals with saliva testing through Diagnos-Techs to be sure that's what's going on. See http://thecanaryclub.org/content/view/196/52/ Sea salt is critical to adrenal function. I know. I'm going through it. Rebekah Joan Webb wrote: > > Hi n Thanks for writing back to me. Guest guest
It's not a test it's a protocol to help with flushing bromide out. You can find it in the iodine section on www.breastcancerchoices.org Steph Re: fatique > -What is the salt loading test and how do you do it? > Thanks, > > > -- In iodine , " Grammy D " <grammyDx2@...> wrote: >> >> As Iv'e done salt loading, my one ankle that used to swell (bad > sprain years ago) no longer swells.
