Guest guest
yes you have a very good point!! I like that point and that is the way it is here, and I have an income too! Re: Where will you be tomorrow???? Tommis, Why not do online banking? I have been doing it for yrs and i love it, plus i use my savings acct as an over-draft protection, so NO more bounced checks. I have only bounced one and that over charge was enough to make me a whole lot more cautious. I will be at work when the clock strikes midnight...but we will have food/apple cider.Plus making time and 1/2 AND i will be safely inside...so i guess i'm okay with that. Guest guest
Hi Karla, Wouldn't it be nice if there were someone at the end of the line with a shot? lol I tried PT too for the Fibro, but it was worse than not going. It hurt so bad, and the fatigue was another factor. It would take me days to recover from one visit, and they had me coming 3 times a week, I was lucky to make it to one visit. Finally after 6 wks of trying, I told the Therapist and my doc that it was just too much for me. I didn't graduate I'm not a quitter, but that was just too much for me. Now, I'm trying the Sit N Be Fit exercise program on TV. I have to have some form of movement even if it is from a chair. It's better than nothing. It's just so hard to do things that cause us pain and it's not like the normal person who works out, gets sore and it gets better as you can do more. It's not like that for us who have chronic pain and fibro. It's like starting over everytime we do an exercise, at least it is for me. And it takes a lot of courage to inflict pain upon ourselves and that is exactly what I feel we are doing when we exercise or do things that cause us more pain. lol I don't think the saying " no pain no gain " really fits here. If someone said that to me, I might give them pain!! lol Tommie Re: Re: Where will you be tomorrow????
