Does anyone know if this is close enough or basically the same as PEG. From

what I was reading it seemed that way but I wanted to make sure especially since

I just realized this is one of the main inactive ingredients in the new allergy

medicines my son just started. It just figures for the first time my son had

some relief when he tried the pill samples of Clarinex his Dr. gave him. I mean

he was a different kid since his allergies affect his mood and behavior. But

once I looked up the ingredient I realized the pills had many other of his

allergens in it like milk, corn, magnesium stearate. Anyways I asked them about

the liquid and we finally got it approved by insurance. Now I realize it has

Propylene Glycol in it and yellow dye. I am going to have to find a compounding

pharmacy and hope they take our insurances. Sorry I just had to vent.
