Guest guest
ne Zinc info: http://www.acu-cell.com/znk.html Therapeutic Range:10 - 250mg Other information is here too. Toxicity, deficiency, what it does etc. Maybe too much information. Zinc and vitamin A go together. *********************************************************** Zinc is a component of more than 100 enzymes associated with many different metabolic processes, including the synthesis of the nucleic acids RNA and DNA. It is required for the transport of Vitamin A from the liver **************************************************************** In a old vitamin/mineral book I have here, there have been occasions when +600 mg per day has been used. It has to be divided up when taking this much though. Nausea is the main problem. Szpak
