MMS is supposed to kill candida , however I find that I often get candida from using MMS internally. to get rid of candida cut all wheat and gluten out of the diet and all sugar, no processed carbs ( no bread unless its made from flax and/or milletI would take plenty of probioticsas I have recommended in other posts look up the CAFL ( Consolidated annotated frequency list), online for appropriate frequenciesjan. I hate to admit, a good tasting but apparently bad diet.I'm seeing a naturopath who did a scan. candida and the asperilligus are my

main neurotoxins right now. I don't herx from lyme 432, and am up to 30 minutes on that frequency. He tested me and it is a good frequency for my body. I am on an alkaline diet per the naturopath, to get rid of it. He also did some sort of treatment with a hand held device for candida, asperilligus and digestion. Never had digestive issues. After the treatment and the start of the new (and icky) diet and supplements, felt so weak and lethargic. Apparently, it was a yeast

die off, lasted about 5 days.Supposed to stay away from acidic foods. Would MMS be effective in killing this stuff and would it be acidic for my diet?The

lethargy was like even though I was eating stuff, nothing was absorbing

to give me energy. Had never experienced anything like that before. It is weird the different symptoms that each thingy gives you for die-off.Also, is 1550 an effective frequency for candida?
