Can a touch sensitive eBook reader be used as input to Instant Medical History?

Is anyone using a touch sensitive eBook reader as a web browser that could comment on its usability. I’m wondering if the web browser in a touch sensitive eBook might make an inexpensive device for patients to use for entering information into Instant Medical History (IMH). I’m also wondering if there is a way to lock down options like “buy a book.” Perhaps that could be done by deleting charge card information or somehow invalidating it. A review of eBook readers in Consumer Report magazine gave me the impression this might be a possibility. Anyone with a touch sensitive eBook reader interested in pursuing this question and needing access to Instant Medical History (IMH) may contact me off list for a URL to try.
