.. Re: OT MMS for sinus infections Hi MarieMake a small dose of MMS with activatorhat doese your body can handle. My limit is 4 drops presently . Mix the MMS with citric acid activator, wait a couple minutes and gently breathe in through the nose holding the glass under your sinuses.Do about 4 breaths this way , move away from the cup and breathe normal air for a minute or two and then repeat breathing in through the nose with glass held under the sinuses for 4 breaths, repeat several times then mix your mms with whatever beverage you usually do and drink the dose down.It took me three days to get over the worst of it and now Im doing it a few times a day instead of hourly I also improvised making my own treatment by making a 20 drop

dose in a glass and setting it next to my bed before going to sleep( this goes against the standard protocol but it is what I did for myself)I came down with this on thursday or friday and here it is monday and I was able to get out and go shopping for a little while.I have chronic sinus issues and it also seems to be getting betterIm about to move to southeast Florida, Im in the panhandle now but I am moving in barely two weeks.jan "Im not trying to counsel any of you to do anything really special, except to dare to think, and to dare to go with the truth ,and to dare to love completely." -R.
