Guest guest
Hi Trudy, welcome to our group! I'm sorry to hear your dx, but glad you found the right place for support and wonderful people. I am 41 years old, and I am also on disability, have been for a couple of years now. I was dx with RA a few years ago, but was told that I have had it since childhood. Now, it's really taken it's toll on me. I am taking Humira injections right now, along with MTX. I also take loratab for the pain. Yes, they can be kind of unfriendly when you apply for disability. But, don't worry about what they think, just hold your head high, and go on. When I had to go to their doctors, I felt the same way. I was so glad to get out of there. I don't know why they have to be like that, but I guess it's a part of their job:( Glad your here Trudy, Tawny > > > I filed for Disability Yestersay.
