Guest guest
Capsules are just OK, a sublingual will get into your blood faster. There are some very good liquid vitamins, contact me privately and I will send you a good source. Also your body can manufacture vitamins from what you eat, but it can not manufacture minerals. Guest guest
It is not a good idea, just to take vitamins. Balance is very important, things work synergistically together like vitamin A and D, vitamin B12 and vitamin B complex taking one could put you out of balance stay in balance and you will reap the benefits. Guest guest
> I believe you wrote originally that you felt worse after taking some supplements. I was just throwing out a possible method to isolate the cause. (To all new members and those just monitoring this board. I do not personally have MS. My expertise in supplementation, colon cleansing, diet, exercise etc. is fragmentary. Sometimes the best I can hope to do it present possible suggestions, or a link that might provide useful information.) Szpak > , > It's not about taking as much as you can, it's about balance and taking what you need. > I understand the financial issue, but have you ever thought that you could get yourself in a situation where you could be hospitalized for overdosing on vitamins? How in the world would you ever pay for that? What are you basing your regimine on? And why would you ever recommend to someone with MS to take something without professional advice when the results could lead to exacerbated symptoms? I feel like the subjects talked about here are things to bring up with your heathcare professional, homeopathic or allopathic. You don't have MS and your supplemental needs are very different. I appreciate that you want to help, but suggesting that a person take vitamins until they begin to show adverse symptoms is not good advice. It may be too late at that point. MSers are susceptible to toxins more than the average person. We already have too many in our systems. > > > > > >
Guest guest
I don't know anything about sublingual supplements. They do *sound* better. I should check them out someday when I have the time. I'm sure Jeff just forgot that the body can't manufacture *all* vitamins. The body can't make vitamin C. Not sure about certain other ones. (Jeff, I can contact you now? OR is this directed to ?) Szpak > Capsules are just OK, a sublingual will get into your blood faster.
