My week

I had a great workout week last week. I managed to get in everything....several pure cardios, several Tae Bo Bootcamp workouts and even a "heavy" weights day. (Heavy for me is 10 lb dumbells!)

My eating was terrible though, more so these last few days. But I got myself to the "ick" point and I'm done making poor food choices. I may even go back to journaling for a bit to make me more accountable.

I want to Tae Bo today but I'm really not feeling great as a result of my awful eating last night...I don't think my stomach could handle hopping around. I think I'll get on my Total Gym and some gentle yoga. Here's to a great new week!

Getting the eating in line at the same time as being consistent with the

workouts is a challenge for me. When I am under a lot of stress, I just feel

like I deserve something and part of me just doesn't care. So last week I had

more sweets and chips than I have had in months, but not to the extent I would

have in the past, so some progress there. Trying to get back on track this

week. I continue to focus on making sure I have gotten my dailoy allowance of

fruit, veggies, milk products and water before I can wander. Usually, I am too

full after all that to eat much junk. Good luck! Delana.
