Guest guest
Hi Celadon (cool name) I've been using a detox product (I'll have to find the name of the co.) that another friend gave to me because his gut can't handle it. It contains whole flax seed, bentonite clay, licorice root and something else (you could mix your own, it would probably be cheaper), I also put a scoop of physillium husks from Garden of Life in with it and drink it once or twice a day. Throughout the day I also take pectin, chlorella, milk thistle, I just rotate them, some days I take all of them, some days only one or two. I'm still only on seconds for my coiling, going real slow because even with sec's I'm herxing, so I don't want to increase rapidly and unleash something else. Probably in another mo. or so, I'll add in the bab's freq., wait awhile and then do mycoplasma. I truly believe it's Pace nor Race. I'm in CT where do you live? I am wondering also if the better weather here has contributed to what seems to be a lessening of symptoms for me or if it is from coiling for the lyme, I have coiled 432 twice so far. I haven't changed my supplements at this time so I can't say that's it. What kind of detoxing are you doing? Will have to look up 832 - it would be wonderful if the spinal inflammation from the lyme was contributing to the RLS and therefore amenable to relief with the coiling? - I am keeping my fingers crossed. So grateful I found this group.
