doc in Lawrence or Kansas City, KS area?

I have a friend who moved to Lawrence recently. Her son (almost 2) has

severe food sensitivities and constant diarrhea. She has been to a

gastro and another doc there (both in Kansas City, I think) and

neither has helped. Can someone recommend a

nutritionist/doc/gastroenterologist nearby that would be of help to

her? Her son's diet is already limited (gfcfsf+) due to his food

reactions.

Not sure how close it is to where your friend is, but we have recently begun

travelling from Sioux Falls, SD to Overland Park, Kansas to see Dr.

Baptist. He has a long history of dealing with ASD kids, but his background is

in immunology and allergy. He is a Dan Dr. though and the tests and nutritional

plan he put my daughter on seem to follow the protocol for the most part. He

takes a great deal of time with patients and explains the tests and the result

in great detail which is quite helpful. If your friend is interested, the # is
