I am going to order magnesium oil from swanson's but needed some more info...is

this form of magnesium a replacement for the capsules i take daily? Instead of

taking the caps i can just use the mag oil, right. Also, I am going to have the

money to by a doug coil soon, I guess the Stolar is the best, right, around

$1600. It says i have to buy the amp seperate? Is there anything I should know

before I purchase? Thanks, Dana
