Guest guest
Hi! At Cleveland Clinic they are salaried, with bonuses. Then a Chair reviews your patient load. Some very good doctors left because the time squeeze left them unable to truly care for their patients. There are perks and pitfalls to whichever road you choose. Like what a freakin' Light Bulb Idea.... Pay folks for the real time and efforts the put forth and then they will tend to work more hours..... Instead of ripping them off by not paying for all their time spent dealing with all that comes with their job..... Genius, Flippin' Geniuses. Now of course we'll never get anyone except for a few " Chicken Farmers " (Buck Buck) ala Perdue and company to engage in anything as common sense as all that here in America, now will we???? http://www.fiercehealthcare.com/story/link-physician-pay-work-hours-increase-access-care/2011-12-02?utm_medium=nl & utm_source=internal

Get docs out of third party contracts and costs will decrease but care will increase. > > Hi! At Cleveland Clinic they are salaried, with bonuses. Then a Chair reviews your patient load.
