There are a number of place write a typed and hand signed complaint . 1 Your state medical board they may also licenses MDS 2 AMA is a one place but they are not always a sure bet. Remember the represent and advocate for MDS. 3 Perhaps the hospital they work out of as most have a practice and are really " not " employed by the hospital . 4 Sadly an attorney if things are really bad. I can help off list will all of this.
