Withdrawling

Really sucks!! I went to the Dr today and since i have been out of

Methadone since last Sat, and i felt like it wasn't working for me

anyway, my Dr and I decided to just let the withdrawl happen, so yep i

am feeling like SHIT!!

I am back to the begining of my " nightmare " with just taking Vicodin,

which to me is like taking M & M's!!!

I know i will not be able to work my shifts with just this, i am at a

loss right now and of course this makes my depression kick in!!!

I did get a note to be off tonight BUT what about tomorrow and the

next day and the next????

My pain is so out of control and staying in bed crying is not gonna

help at all, just pray for me if you can, i don't know if i am strong

enough this time around.

Can't they give you something besides Methadone? I know you have tried several

things but there are plenty more options out there besides Methadone.What about

Oxycontin or Morphine, or even just Percocet...at least they are a little

stronger then Hydrocodone.

I feel your pain. My Dr. won't prescribe anything but Hydrocodone either and its

really frustrating to hurt all the time, when you know deep down that you could

get some relief if the dang Dr. would just be more compassionate to your

situation.

I cannot believe that Dr. would just let you withdrawel without at least giving

you an anti-anxiety agent or something to help with the process. That is just

plain wrong IMO.
