Guest guest
I am the only one of my Mama's side of the family that does not have diabetes. I am very blessed in that respect. Most of all of Mama's family also have hypertension. but I am Blessed there too. But other than the last 4 weeks I am very cautious about what I eat. My aunt that is diabetic and has Fibro was having the same problems after Christmas with the swollen. I think she has been in bed most of the week. Diabetes is a very cruel disease and can not be ignored. Jena ~:~Jena~:~ My Home Page My E-mail .

Guest guest
yes, I feel very blessed. my Brother was diagnosis at 24. at which time he ignored it until it was way to late. Mama has always watched her wt. so she is just on pills for hers and can if she would control it with her diet. but at times she does have to take insulin. If she eats all the wrong things or gets really stress over something, or is sick. Most of my other family are brittle diabetics.
