Guest guest
, I know what you mean by accomplishing more in less time. It's the biggest relief to know that I can work out for an hour now (rather than running 6 miles every single day) and see resultss! I love it! Keep up the motivation, I'll bet you are a real inspiration to those ladies at the gym. :-)LIsa
Guest guest
boy am i glad all these long discussions about <nhe> are over. i don't doubt it is an informative book, but geez...can't it just be dropped, or talked about privately amongst those who are interested? anyway, i see it's over <fingers crossed> and we can all read more information pertaining to our goals. i was at the gym last week and got to talking to a lady and told her about the bfl book. this week i saw her again with three other ladies and they all had the book in their hands. it makes me happy to see that more people will be educated and not wasting their time working out for endless hours trying to get somewhere. i use to work out for two hours everyday, one hour weights, one hour aerobics. and when i got the book, boy was i happy to see that i could accomplish more in less amount of time. i mainly want to get rid of tummy fat and cellulite<i hate that stuff> and i know it's going to take time. so i'm trying not to get discouraged. has anyone here actually ridden themselves of cellulite? i want to know there is hope. i want to wear a bathingsuit without shorts. <amanda> __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Can anyone suggest a good juicer. I have a Champion juicer that I have had for about a year and lately it seems that all I get is mostly pulp and very little juice. I'll put about about 20 carrots in and get only about half cup of juice. Is this normal. Maybe it needs a new filter. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Guest guest
Go to www.Vita-mix.com There you will find probably the best juicer around, because it utilizes the " whole food " , not just the juice. For many other juicers around, too much emphasis is placed upon the juice itself, and not enough on the important pulp (skin and seeds included) that the body needs for enzymes. Other juicers tend to discard the important part of the fruit and vegetable. I've owned my vita-mix for 7 years, and I love it. It has a powerful motor (measured in " horse-power " , rather than RPM), which will not bog down on you. It will pulverize virtually anything poured into it. Easy to use, and cleaning time is a snap. A little pricey, but very dependable and well worth a person's health. Highly recommended! > Can anyone suggest a good juicer. Guest guest
We have a Norwalk which we absolutely love. It is a combination grinder and press. They are quite expensive new (+-$2000), but can sometimes be found on the internet, especially e-bay. The 270 model is the newest, but the 250 should work just as well and parts are readily available for both at a fairly reasonable cost. Norwalk is also very accomodating about helping with any problems you may have regarding how to operate the machine.

A few muscle cramps, nausea, a little gasto upset. Nothing like Paxil, or Prozac, or any of the new wonder drugs. I never watched the Ozzie show. I did see it once for about 15 minutes and new immediately that Ozzie was whacked out of his mind on legal dope. But $600,000 in medical bills??? OMG! He must have been going to Dr. Feelgood!!
