Hi Jean- I finally qualify to cancel my Credit card account w Elec Merchant ( I am using Transengen) this month wo penalty. They sent me this list of stuff I need to do including sending back a metal piece with my name on it that fit into the manual credit card machine. I never used the manual machine, still in the original box. I never saw a metal piece w my name on it. Did you get one of these? How do I prove they never sent it to me. They want $35 to cover this "lost piece". Plus they say it will take them 30 days to close out my account and during this time I still have to pay for my use of my account. Do you believe it? What a scam. Any suggestions before I call them tomorrow and give them #X@!
