Guest guest
I know there has to be a basic mathematical formula to arrive at the point value with the three variables: calories, fat, fiber. It may have been in one of the early weekly books, but I don't recall it, and instead use my points-finder on everything. This is convenient at home, but I'd like to be able to take a look at the ingredients label in the store and estimate the points before I buy. Given time, I am confident I could take my pointsfinder and plot several points on a graph and figure out the formula -- but I've been out of college for 7 years, and have no strong desire to do this if someone can just provide me with the answer. So - does anybody know the formula? This message powered by EMUMAIL. -- http://www.EMUMAIL.com
