I have been using Practice Fusion and Updox. I like them both. Updox does not

offer a phone like Onebox. I find Updox to be a very inexpensive option for

electronic fax and secure patient information exchange (portal). The Updox

support staff have been very responsive to my inquiries.

I've not worked through streamlining the transfer of documents from Updox to

Practice Fusion. Right now its a two-step process (Updox to desktop, desktop to

PF). Going from PF to Updox is quite simple when Updox is set up as a printer.

That's one person's experience.

use phone.com for phone and ring central for fax.  love them both.  probably could simplify to just one carrier but the each had some unique features that it wasn't a big deal to stay with both

35/mo for phone.com including human transcriptions of all emergency calls and computer transcriptions of general voice mails~10/mo for ring central
