Guest guest
I haven't a machine yet but how often do you Rife generally speaking? Several times a day or once or twice a week, etc? Just about for most people starting off. Thanks
Guest guest
Hi Barb, Usually once every 5 - 7 days, but not until a herx has ended... Guest guest
Jim, Was this your schedule when you were at your worst, or is this your "maintenance" schedule? Guest guest
Hi Barb, I actually rifed every 10 days... But in the beginning, I rifed every 7 days until I finally figured out what frequencies (frx) worked for me... Back then we mostly relied on the CAFL list for frx's, today we have some good frx's here on group, so chances are better you find a good one quickly... The reason for 5 - 7 days is when you treat with rife, often the herx is pretty immediate.... BUT, some have not had them for 2 - 3 days later and a one or two 4 days later... It really is important to wait for the herx and wait for it to end before doing another rife session.. I also am a firm believer in giving the body a few days off after a herx before doing another session... When we kill pathogens, the die-off is toxic and this is not healthy for the body... Detoxing this crap out becomes job #1. Once we feel a bit better, giving a few more days for the body to recoupe is really a good thing.. Also important is we need to detox all the time, even before starting a protocol like rife.. If you get toxins out before, the herx should be less... At times I take some time off from killing for a week or two, but never from detoxing... A maintenance schedule would be used once you are mostly or are symptom free... Since there is no sure way to know if we have killed off every Lyme pathogen in us, we should use a maintenance protocol to ensure if we do have any cysts (they can last in the body for years) morphing back to bacteria (spirochetes) which can start a relapse in Lyme... So a good maintenance schedule is rifing every 15 days or use a protocol of MMS that is 6 drops daily, 3 - 4 days weekly... These protocols ensure any new spiro's will be killed off quickly.... And if not, will act as an early warning system we need to crank up to a full treatment schedule.. I like to think of it as cheap insurance... Those who do have relapses from abx say they are worse than the initial infection... Same may be true from natural treatments... Take care, Jim > > > > I haven't a machine yet but how often do you Rife generally speaking? Several times a day or once or twice a week, etc? Just about for most people starting off.
