use of psychology and neuro-psych in acute medical rehab

We're looking at changing the arrangement we have with psychology and

neuro-psych, and would like information on how others utilize these services

for medical rehab. I need general information, for example: Do you have

specific guidelines, e.g. if neuro-psych testing is indicated, do you have a

specific time frame for the written report? How does neuro-psych communicate

recommendations for treatment approach, etc: written report w/

recommendations vs. verbal consultation w/ psychologist and other

appropriate staff vs. ?? Does the psychologist spend a specific amount of

time on the unit, per day or per week?
