Hi Peggy, I hope you are still online and see this message-or someone else knows. I have been taking NAC since everyone recommended it and thought it was to thin mucous. Do I have it confused with something else? And does anyone remember the post that gave us the info on it? I think I need more oxygen because my brain is suddenly 90- and I can't remember anything. Hi Dingy,

Forgetfulness goes along with low oxygen sats. Also happens when a grandmother's brain is centered on hugging grandbabies. Enjoy!!

Thanks Grey, Isn't it funny how managing pills and when to take them becomes such a big part of out day? I am sorry about your friend. It does make us weepy to see so much suffering and at the same time how blessed we are that so may people care! Hi , I can't believe I didn't think of that before. I keep wasting so much time trying to relocate info has sent us and I keep getting meds and vitamins confused. Hi , I was told to start with one a day. a lot of people are taking

three 600 mg per day. I've had a little stomach problem so I'm back to one a

day. I would ask the Dr. but three a day is the goal I'm working for.

My primary Dr took me off everything for a while to get my tummy

straightened out. God Bless...
