Guest guest
Have you done the ISAC panel for hypercoagulation? It was created by Berg of Hemex but then sold to Labcorp - so you should be able to get it thru Labcorp now. I did 8 months of IV abx with a PICC line 24/7 rotating between clindamycin, Flagyl, azithromycin, plus IV Vitamin C -- with no improvement (May 2010-Dec 2010). (I've been sick since 1986 - over 20 years but not dx'd until 2006). After they pulled the PICC line I asked if I could try UVB IV's (ultraviolet blood irradiation). The first time I tried it my blood was so thick & full of clots that we couldn't get any of the blood back into me. (I reminded my doc that I tested postive for hypercoagulation (thru Hemex in 2006) so he tried again - this time using heparin to pre-treat my blood before running it thru the UV machine and it worked. But the first time my blood looked like glue (in addition to the clots). When we disconnected the tubing the blood just hung down like stringy ropes, it was really striking -- much more than reading the printed lab report from Hemex. The hypercoagulation is related to the biofilm problem - so you need to address biofilm's too. I had already been taking nattokinase for 2+ years (with some relief). But it was obviously not enough after actually seeing my thick clotted blood that looked more like glue. I'm finally doing better but I've been doing the UVB IV's since Jan - it took about 20-25 before I really started to notice a difference. I then cut back to once a week but relapsed so I went back to twice a week. Most people only do 5-10 UVB IV's and do much better, but I guess I've just been too sick for too long so it's taking me longer. Lab testing for other patients showed the trteatment clearing mycoplasma. So, my doctor has started using the tx for more patients. Good luck! Guest guest
Hi , I don't know anything about the Zyto LSA test, but Dr. Lee Cowden uses a Zyto and I trust that he knows what he is doing. > > Hi All > > wold love to know if anyone has done this testing > my llmd isnt quite sure why I am not responding to any treatment or detox programs that we have tried in the past year > so he has referred me to an acupuncturist who has the reputation of finding out why a body is not working properly > > I spoke to her for 20min over the phone to make the appointment and she sounded like she knew her stuff .. and has worked with lyme > she will consult with my llmd > > I dont usually beleive in this stuff ..but have seen others post that swear by it .. > and I am desperate so I have nothing left to lose except more $$ > which her pricing isnt bad at all > our first appointment will last 3 hours and then a follow up apt is 250.00 > so we will see > thanks ahead of time for any input! >
