I know what you are saying.

Pain level thur the roof. We are going to get rain, snow and sleet today.

Can't wait for summer and sun and HEAT.

Hang in there, your not alone. And yes sometimes screaming does help, so if

you have to, go ahead. I sing on top of my lungs, off key, but I feel

better after.

The ones I live with, don't have a clue why I am singing, but I know why.
