Hi Marie,Very sorry to hear you are suffering right now... I have noticed from time to time a herx will be much greater than anticipated... Using the same protocols as I always do, then wham, a severe herx... I honestly don't know what causes these, my guess is either a growth spurt or flare happens, we don't realize it and thus all of a sudden we are killing far more bacteria than normal.... There is no way to prepare for these, growth spurts can happen monthly from the bacteria multiplying, flares happen in the spring and fall, cysts morphing into spirochetes, we have no control over the intensity of both of these... 

The best thing you can do is increase your detoxing, drinking more water is important and getting some rest during this time.  Do you have a sauna?  If not, you can easily put one together with a few parts from Lowes, Home Depot or Amazon... Cost is about $80, this is for a near infrared lamp sauna, very effective... Nothing to build, mostly plug and play... This is good for detoxing heavy metals and toxins...

Hello everyone, I ma confused. Since 2 weeks my symotoms have been agravating despite of increasing the detox to everyhting I know have been working for me .

in case of you have any idea thank you to share it . I thought it was spring flair ? the paralysis that were gone have resurfaced, the brain fog the depression the heavy exhausting fatigue . the only truly effective way i have found to detox being the colonics.

I try to find out what went rong to find out what to do . I am confused.I am at 6 seconds of coil since the last 4 cession . after 2 cession ok with 6 seconds I decided to do again the ozone rectal insufflation and di dit a very smal amount of time

5 minutes instead of 30. last time it was ok this time may be more biofilm were opened I do not know but I had a ``solid herx``also I had taken one week off for my 2 weekly  colonics 3 weeks ago because we just found a house we ned to rehab by a contractor and It take a little bit of time every day to check and you know with htis desease th elittle bit of time is very narrow window it cannot be extended and i had to do it again as it was agravating . After this week of course there has been an agravation but the week after doing again the 2 colonics it was ok again at the same time I di djust 5 minutes of rectal insufflation in th ehope of improving my gut paralysis still there . then the week after the week went too fast and I missed one colonic.

as it was beginning to get rong I decided to help a little bit the detox with the lee crock machine 5 minutes for 2 consecutive days instead of all night long every night so i thought I was carefull enought as a fast detox is not good either ( it is supposed to make a contraction of our cells that expulse wich ever is in viruses or toxines or heavy metal etc )

but it continued to agravate. so I read the protocol of dct K for lymees who are stucked with the special supllementation and I saw that it dumped heavy metal the third mnth so he recommand to detox the heavy metal first for 3 month before begining the suplementation . So I took some very gentle still eficient heavy metal detox for infants : NDF+ contain cilandro and chlorella sublingual drops and PCA RX as both are supposed to bind and eliminate with no risks the heavy metal . but it continued to agravate even more

so now i do not know how to do I am going to take a third colonic this week I have stopped to take care of checking the reahb i spend my time lyiong down not knowing what i am thinking about and like I would be abou to pass out . The only releive is right after the ozon einjection and right after the colonic for one hour or two. I feel the wired feeling typical of paralysi in my feet coming back as well as in my hands and my leg getting weak.

I have been looking at some online and they are pricey.

How did you learn to build this one you recommend for a fraction of the cost?

Is there a site that I could follow directions from?

Hi Marie,

I think Jim nailed it. Sometimes the herx just gets ahead of us and there's not

much we can do about it. It could be a spring flair, growth spurt, full moon.

Anything. I did everything I could do possible to detox but my herxing would

still be out of control. Its the disease. You are going to revisit all of your

old horrible symptoms while getting better and its scary. I was constantly

afraid that I was going backwards. You will get better. You will live your

life. I will be praying for you as well.

Just letting all of you know, prayers to ALL of you great lyme warriors.... my love suffered a huge attack on his immune system in march. Hi Marie, I think Jim nailed it. Sometimes the herx just gets ahead of us and there's not much we can do about it. It could be a spring flair, growth spurt, full moon. Anything. I did everything I could do possible to detox but my herxing would still be out of control. Its the disease. You are going to revisit all of your old horrible symptoms while getting better and its scary. I was constantly afraid that I was going backwards. You will get better. You will live your life. I will be praying for you as well.
