Dear Mike,

I had the chronic sinus infection for years, finally had the operation. It

helped for only a few days then back with the chronic infections.

Goldenseal and Echinacea helped a lot but like antibiotics, as soon as I

stopped taking them, the infection was back. Finally some literature came

in the mail with many testimonials about " Vitamin O " (www.rgarden.net). I

don't sell it, just buy it even though it is a mlm co. It is " liquid

stabilized oxygen " . I took 15-20 drops in water 2-3 times a day and also

put a few drops in my nose tilting head back to let it run down the throat.

Within 2 or 3 days I was much better. I could tell the difference after the

first half hour. Now at the first sign of a cold or sinus problem, I take

Vit. O for a day or two. No more chronic infections!

Hope that helps. Eunice

Theresa and anybody,

Can you explain about the " sleep pattern " referred to here? Is that an OCD

thing? How often is a stimulant used for that? I have tried additional

Adderall but it only sometimes works for sleepiness. When he wants to

avoid, he can sleep anywhere.

Hi, all,

<I developed bone spurs in my heels long before I was diagnosed with PA, but

since being diagnosed, my feet have definately gotten bigger - about 1 1/2

sizes - Is that part of what you are talking about here? Or was it more like

just the thickness of the bones?>

Sounds like what is happening to me in my wrists - they are getting bigger

because the bone is growing. Definitely the bone (hard, not pliable like

joint swelling). Are your feet bones growing, or maybe you are losing the

arch and the feet are getting flatter?

Wow - me too! My feet have grown 1 1/2 sizes, gotten wider, arch still high. Toes are fat and crooked. I have a bone in my wrist that now projects about 3/4 inch out. My Dr. just nods when I show him this stuff.

Dear Lynn--

Thank you for the web sites for growth hormone. I was able to join the MAGIC

site, but a fee was required. I was unable to access the other site that you

mentioned had some interesting studies re. systemic jra and gh. Could you

please post that web address again? My son, Cameron, is still the shortest

in his class, but he has made very noticeable progress on gh. The one

drawback however, is that every time he grows, it throws his body off and his

joints start hurting. I take him to a therapist who does cranial-sacral

manipulation, and the twice a week sessions sometimes aren't enough to keep

him aligned and flexible when he has a growth spurt. Cameron's ankles,

wrists, hips, and elbows are the most involved, so his gait was really

affected when he started to grow. It's almost like everytime he grows, his

body needs help in synchronizing the movements. I think Cameron would be the

first to tell you that the gh has been worth the nightly shots and added

visits to the therapist because he can see the results.

Thanks for the information, and our best to you and Mickey.

HI,

I am new also. I am very into crafts and such. I also am in to being thrifty.

I think that this idea is neat! I thank you for letting me join your list. I

read in one email that you have to buy citric acid on the net. I have bought

it at pharmacies and also at Walmart.

To the gal that is falling:

I'm sorry - this was several posts back and I can't remember your name. I

had a fusion from L5 to S1 14 years ago (after having Harrington in 81 and 83)

All rods are out.

Anyways about 5 years ago, I fell about 4 times within 6 months. Started

working out with water aerobics and weights and it just stopped (knock on wood).

There was never any reason for me to fall -- just fell forward. All is

fine now. Good luck!
