The easiest way to change how you receive messages - or not - is log into yahoo

groups. Several ways to get there, this is the most direct.

http://groups.yahoo.com/

Once there, click on Manage -- to the right of My Groups at the top of the list

our your subscribed groups. On the right hand column you will see Message

Delivery. If you are receiving every single post as an email, your Miralax

Message Delivery will show as Individual Emails. You have several other options

to keep membership in the group - and access to the wealth of information

contained here.

Other options are:

Daily Digest - As described, one email per day with all posts enclosed

Special Notices - Only special notices --from the group owner.

No Email - No email whatsoever.

So if you choose no email or special notices - how do you keep track? Simple --

My Yahoo page or toolbar has links to your groups - or save this as a favorite.

http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups Then you can go view your groups whenever you

feel like it -- and not be bothered by unwanted emails.

One caveat -- when choosing the no email options, when people attach items to

their posts, they may not be visible in their post. They look fine as an email

- but not as a post. It's hard to train people to post the attachment as a file

-- and then link to it -- but that is really the preferred method.

So -- now how to make the change. It's really easy. From your MyGroups page

http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups, click on Edit My Groups. On the right hand

column you will see a pull down where you can select one of the 4 options of

message delivery. Make sure you save changes when you are done.
