Castor oil and Infrared Pad

I've added this to my detoxing regiment. Makes me feel real woozy, but not

necessarily in a bad way, just kind like my body is processing stuff. How is

this working? Does it stimulate the lymphatic system?

Yes, it stimulates both the immune and lymph system... Most who use castor oil

paks do well with them.. Are you using a cotton of flanel cloth for the castor

oil? Those are the two materials I know of to use...
