Hi Jan:

Thank you for the information. I am going to start with 432. You say to move

it around. Should I do 30 seconds on each section of my body? What about my

head? Do I do that too?

I know that I shouldn't drink alcohol which is unfortunate because I love my

glass of red wine. I definitely think I am herxing from the sauna use because I

am SO fatigued today. I haven't feel this fatigued in a long time.

That brings me to another question. Should I go back into my sauna while I'm

feeling like this since that is a part of " detoxing " .

This is all so confusing!!!!

Thank you Jan and anyone else who helps me through this!

of lyme and the CAFl or other lists often have frequencies for those .Starting

on 432 some people can only do 30 seconds .I started at 5 minutes and now rife

up to 20 minutes on a frequency unless its a new one and I start with five

minutes again.Rule of thimb is to treat the whole body, in other words every few

minutes you moove the coil to a different area of the body

some of us test a frequency  is by learning to muscle test or pendulum a

frequency to see if it resonates with your body. For me, Im very energy aware and

a frequency that resonates with my body I can feel it surge through my body, I

feel the vibration in a certain way./Muscle testing is pretty accurate

> I use thumb and forefinger closed together. others use forefinger and

pinky.First you ask the body to show you the response for yes and no place the

forefinger of your other hand inside the finger circle and try to pull your

fingers apart Yes is usually where your circle between the fingers stay strong

and closed. A No would be that the circle is weak and your finger would go right

through or through fairly easily

>  or you can get a second person  to help you and use your arm help out

straight and if you cant hold your arm up strong when its pushed down on its a

No.

>  people with lyme should not drink alcohol because lyme does something to the

body that makes alcohol react badly in us. On the other hand it could also have

been the sauna as it sounds like you overdid it.make sure that, when you sauna

you drink extra water . Normally you should be drinking half your body weight in

ounces of water. when you sauna , you need to replenish but water and

electrolytes
